Order processing
Please allow 1 – 2 working days for order processing. You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order is on its way.
Order details
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure personal details such as delivery address and contact details are accurate and correct as once your order has been dispatched, we cannot alter address details and you will be charged the standard applicable postage rate to resend if it is returned to sender.
Customs
The customer will be responsible for any customs or import charges.
RETURNS
30 Days to Return
If you do have a change of mind you are welcome to return it to us within 30 days of receiving your order in exchange for a refund.
The item/s must be in original condition, with all tags remaining in place. Item/s must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way.
Please note that delivery costs will not be refunded.
Returns and Exchanges
If something doesn’t quite fit we are more than happy to exchange the item/s for you. Please email info@marzcollective.com.au with your order number and the items you’d like to return. We will email you back with further instructions to carry out the exchange.
Faulty Items
If the item you have received is faulty, please email info@marzcollective.com.au with your order number and the items that are faulty, so we can get this resolved ASAP for you.
Please note we have to be immediately notified of faulty items. We will allow a grace period of 14 days from date of receiving to be notified, if you notify us after this date unfortunately a refund cannot be issued.
